Assembly

The components have been designed to overlap with each other, providing structural stabilization. Screws are used to connect the fixed parts, which are screwed into brass inserts that are intended to be placed directly in the injection mold, eliminating the need for later embedding and shortening the production process. The arrangement of the inserts allows for modular connection of the stands, facilitating the organization of a larger number of instruments.

Foldable guitar stand

The object was designed with injection molding technology in mind, which influenced the choice of plastic as the main construction material. The surfaces in contact with the guitar are made of pressed wood cork, which helps protect the instrument from scratches and damage. The use of natural cork also aimed to enrich the design with a subtle, aesthetic touch and to give it a unique character.
