The design was created with the aim of simplifying assembly. The slings are installed in the first stage, while the remaining components are added later using guide rails with a snap-in system.

In the areas planned for perforation for the light emission variant up and down, local reductions in material thickness have been provided, which optimizes the milling process and reduces material losses.

The structural frame of the lamp has a cross-section similar to the letter "C", which allows for the basic version to be made solely by extruding the aluminum profile, without the need for additional operations such as milling holes.

Industrial lamp

The project was carried out in collaboration with the university and the company Luxiona. The fixture was designed with the intention of production using the aluminum profile extrusion technology employed by Luxiona. The main objective was to develop a simple form intended for public spaces, emitting light downwards, with the possibility of expanding functionality to emit light upwards and downwards during the production stage.
